Description

Side walk is uplifted & I see people trip over it every day. Tree is breaking and dropping limbs, almost hit my grandson, it is breaking the sidewalk apart which makes people trip or fall daily including the mailman, visitors, myself & family. The sidewalk is worse, but when the city came out, they said they have to get rid of the tree because it's roots are breaking up the sidewalk, directed me to rva311 to get that taken care of first, when I checked my request it says its completed
