Description
There was a recent water main break or other utility repair that created quite the patchwork of repairs to the road that remains extremely bumpy and rough on vehicles traveling northbound on Lombardy Street between Hanover Avenue and West Avenue. You basically need to go 10 mph to not shake your vehicle apart.
