Description
The timing of the light at the intersection of Cary and Libbie needs to be done in accordance with the light at Three Chopt and Cary. Traffic is so backed up on Libbie Drive before Grove Ave between 430 and 530. It takes almost 45 minutes to get a quarter of a mile. I noticed you have another complaint where traffic gets backed and prone are blocking other streets. This could be solved if the street lights were timed better. Speed bump needed at 10 Libbie when traffic isn’t backed up!
