Description
Kennondale Lane has dangerous asphalt patches crumbling on sides with pockets of deep erosion on both sides of the road. especially close to the Kennondale and Tempsford intersection, The road is also too narrow in parts, and cars cannot pass each other without going into a deep ditch. The curving nature of the road and steepness along with the deterioration also makes it difficult for pedestrians to be seen by cars and nowhere for pedestrians to go to get out of the way of a car.
