Description

A speed bump is needed at each side of the pedestrian crosswalk in front of the Norrell School The pedestrian has to be halfway in the street to see completely. And the crosswalk is at the top of a hill.

    The average speed on Fendall Ave between Wickman St and E. Roberts St measured 17 mph in a 25mph zone. Speed tables are not currently planned. The latest aerial photo showed marked crosswalks are present on Fendall Ave at both Wickman St and at E. Roberts St. The latest Google Street view shows an advance school crossing warning sign southbound Fendall Ave upstream of Wickman St.
