Description

Citizen called to report that RPD and parking is not citing vechichles for parking within 15 feet of the corner and fire hydrant (intersect with 1301 lee street). Addtionally, would like to add there is drinking and drugs on the property. Instead of fixing the above problems VCU police has exstended an investigation with the citizen
