Description
We purchased and moved into this home at 303 Essex Pl in September 2024 and opened our account at that time. We have been using the trash can that was left by the previous owners, which is an older model compared to the newer cans used by our neighbors. Recently, one of the wheels on the can broke, making it very difficult to move from the side of our house to the curb for collection. Given that the can is outdated and now damaged, we would like to request a replacement trash can.
