Description

The intersection at Broad and N 21st st is extremely dangerous. There are 2 schools on this block and many of us walk our children to school every morning. Broad reduces from 2 to 1 lane at 21st. And cars are constantly racing to pass cars turning left. They pass in the intersection itself. Often narrowly missing pedestrians in the crosswalk. There are numerous wrecks just this year. Someone is going to be killed here. Please please add a barricade to stop the passing cars.

Sent your RVA311 request to a Lieutenant with the RPD for enforcement of the existing signs and pavement markings for the EB right turn lane drop. DPW is planning to do more pavement marking and signing for the EB right turn lane drop.
