Description
Pls investigate the timer on this intersection. Trying to turn West (left) on Laburnum from northbound Chamberlyne, the turn signal only allows for 3 cars to go before turning red again. This is a major access to the I-95 and I-64 as well as a school and does not make sense for it to be so short.
