Description

Handicap sidewalk is always under water after it rains, Currently wheelchair ramp is covered with ice because water does not drain away, this has been ignored previously and was put on 311 in 2024, Across street from St. Paul's Church on Chamberlayne Ave. Please fix this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!
