Description
The BOTTOM of the exit ramp from Chippenham Pkwy NORTHBOUND to Stony Point Parkway has TWO vertical signs, both with black and yellow diagonal stripes. One sign is still attached to the pole, but the pole is lying on the asphalt median. The other sign is OK.
