Description
The city came out to resolve a sink hole at this location. I watched the repair. They laid down a large steel plate and poured asphalt around the edges. It was raining, so the asphalt didn't set. The steel plate makes an extremely loud sound every time someone drives over it, because it's not leveled properly. It rocks upwards. Also, the asphalt is coming off in chunks, and is attaching to people's tires. One lady was pulled over because she thought the steel plate might have damaged her tire.
