Description

The Paver/Sidewalk just before the Crosswalk needs to be leveled. On 1/6 I fell while traveling to the CoStar Group building at 501 S 5th Street, Bragg Street Entrance. I knock the wind out of myself, broke my glasses, and scraped my face. Per Facilities this is a City issue.
