Description
Garbage cans belonging to the neighboring residential properties are throwing their trash on the ground in and around the alley and continue to leave their garbage cans directly in front of our accessible parking spot blocking it. Our individuals with disabilities are unable to park in the spot because of this. The City just came through and emptied a couple of garbage cans but left the rest of it.
