Description

There's a 3x5ft pothole on E Marshall St between 23rd & 24th St that goes across both lanes of traffic, pot hole was recently filled with gravel, now the gravel is shooting out of the hole when people drive over and hitting passing vehicle, the actual pothole is still a concern as the gravel did not fix the issue
