Description

"A problem for pedestrians and could use a "no turn on red" sign is the turn from AABlvd onto Ellwood. This would make crossing AABLvd even safer as cars fly around the corner, do not stop and they can't see me and I can't see them over the parked cars as I try to cross the street."
