Description

The intersection of W. Broad and Monroe is one of the most dangerous crosswalks in the city. As soon as the traffic light turns green for cars they begin turning rapidly into the cross walk making left turns that never even slow down for pedestrians. And they will follow one after the other for the duration of the light. I took this pictures today Jan. 12, 2026. Pedestrians are in the cross walk from both sides of W. Broad trying to cross. Also there are no pedestrian cross walk signs anywhere.
