Description
Alley needs to be regraded and new gravel put down. Water standing in alley when it rains causing flooding in back yards. Alley needs new gravel at end of alley at Woodlawn Avenue. Erosion has taken place and water fills entrance to alley. Concrete apron needs to be fixed.
