Description

uses a power wheelchair and the kids rides the scooters and the remodeled curb cuts for the blind to use their canes and its harder for the wheelchair people can't get through it safety she lives a block from the VA Home and they ride in the streets and some chairs are elevated caller states it a bright orange scooter outdoors you cant miss
