Description
Hole at least a foot deep in the middle of a turn-in to a large parking lot at South 15th Street and Exchange Alley. No way to go around it and the inside seems loose like it will continue to spread and deepen. Could easily pop a tire or damage the underside or bumpers of vehicles.
