Description

Intersection of Norwood and Fendall Ave. When traveling west on Nordwood Ave, at the stop sign at the intersection with Fendall Ave. Bright sign emitting glare at night - makes it difficult to see traffic approaching from the right side. Also bright and distracting from any direction, as it is at eye level and animated. Picture attached is from vehicle at stop sign.
