Description
The pedestrian signal crossing forest hill ave here should be on whenever the light to cross it is green rather than only when the button has hit. Kids are often racing to get there and it would be safer to have it default to being on to allow for safer and timely pedestrian crossings. The default to cross jahnke is always green without hitting the button so we request for the FHA one to be the same here.
