Description
Concerns related to the 5000 block of Evelyn Byrd. The road is too narrow to support two way traffic and should be made into a one-way street. Traffic funnel towards Westover Hills Blvd., not allowing turning onto the street from the Boulevard. We have petitioned all residence of the 5000 block and have full support of neighbors.

DPW will then explore the conversion in more detail including a feasibility and engineering study to include the impact on safety/operations and service deliveries to the neighborhood.
