Description

Please make Addison between rosewood and grayland ave a ONE WAY ST. One block east (stafford) was made into a one way south and that is funneling all the south traffic downhill to addison north direction in addition to existing south traffic. Please make addison one way NORTH street to balance the traffic now and reduce other traffic confusions. busy bus stop, kids play/walk to school here, hubdreds of walkers, church, and cars speed and never stop at signs so this will deter that greatly.

I suggest the neighborhood formally discuss the two-way to one-way Addison St conversion first (including the desired one-way direction) and reach a consensus. If the conversion is supported by the neighborhood and the City Council Representative then DPW will explore the conversion in more detail including support from the Fire Department, the impact on safety/operations, service deliveries to the neighborhood, etc.
