- Staff · January 12, 2026Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond regarding the reported public right-of-way concern at 907 N 29th Street. A City inspector conducted a site visit and verified that, at the time of inspection, the sidewalk and pedestrian path of travel were clear and accessible, with no obstructions observed. The inspector also confirmed that the construction activity on site is permitted, and the required permits were properly displayed. Photographs were taken to document existing conditions. Based on the inspection findings, no violations were observed at this time. We will continue to monitor the area as needed. If conditions change or a new obstruction occurs, please feel free to submit an additional request so we can investigate. Thank you for helping us keep Richmond’s sidewalks safe and accessible.
