Description
On Brook road, across from 2931 and adjacent to the vcu childrens northside campus, between brookland parkway and sherwood ave, a tree has dropped a 15ft ling limb, 6 inches diameter onto a power line between two city street lights. The power line appears to be city owned, aling with lights and poles. The branch is not connected to the tree.
