Description
The pedestrian crosswalk at 9th & Byrd (see attached images) has an ADA ramp on only one side of the crosswalk. There is an ADA ramp on the other side, but the crosswalk markings do not connect to it. In order to reach the ramp, a wheelchair user would have to go outside of the crosswalk markings and take a long/dangerous diagnosable course to the incorrectly placed ADA ramp on the other side.
