    The average speed on all these three short streets (Talbert Dr, Lost Ave and Springton Rd) measured less than 15mph. DMV crash records for the latest eight full years (1.1.17-12.31.24) did not show any reported crashes on any of these three streets. Traffic calming measures are not planned.
