Description
The abandoned bank parking lot and adjacent alley are filled with trash. We try to pick up litter, but garbage just keeps getting dumped in the alley and under the old bank drive through. Some residents along alley do not properly secure and also overflow their trash cans. It’s attracting wild animals like raccoons and generally is not good to have trash all over the neighborhood
