Description
Hi, I unfortunately live next to Hillside and I watched some drug addicts steal an HVAC unit/ machinery from the construction next door... I saw them wheeling a trashcan down the alley and come to find out it was mine!!! Obviously, I can't retrieve it, but I'm annoyed. Is there any way the stolen fee can be waived? It isn't my fault that I moved to the South side and I wasn't willing to risk engaging with them :'(
