Description
Not only was the vegetation poorly planned as seen in numerous other requests, But how much taxpayer money was used to plant dozens of muhly grass plants and then cut off the single part that makes them notable? I have seen them trimmed twice in the past month- first, just the ornamental and ecologically valuable seed heads and then all the way to the ground.Not only is the cost of the plants a factor here but additional maintenance that would have been unnecessary with proper planning.
