I reviewed the signal timing for both the AM and PM peak periods at the intersection of School Street and Chamberlayne Parkway. Based on the current timing plan, the intersection operates at an overall Level of Service (LOS) A during the morning peak and LOS B during the evening peak. The signal is operating as designed, and no operational issues were identified at this time. No further action is needed at the moment, and this request will be closed.
