Description
This tree has dropped large limbs over at least the past year, which is not only dangerous for pedestrians, but can cause damage to parked cars. Due to this potential hazard, residents of Windsor Avenue avoid parking near this tree. This is highly inconvenient when street parking is the primary or only option for residents who would prefer to park near their home in a residential neighborhood. The attached picture is from October of 2025. You can see that this tree has dead leaves on it.
