Description
This issue has been getting worse since 2019. The center and right lanes on N. 7th St. before you reach the intersection of N. 7th St. and E. Jackson St. has terrible ripples in the payment that needs to be fixed. The attached 2019/2023 picture is just an example of the area. The ripples in the payment today have gotten worse. It's a hazard area because drivers are moving around the area just to get by it. It is dangerous and could cause accidents with vehicles losing traction. Thank you. The area is NOT 613 N. 7th Street. The area is near the intersection of 700 N. 7th Street and E. Jackson Street, Richmond, VA. Please look at the attached picture. J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is in the picture. You can't miss the ripples in the pavement. It's a hazard area since 2019. Thank you.
