Description

The sidewalk is raised up at the seam because of roots from a tree, this has created a trip hazard and needs to be fixed. I submitted a previous request for this with the Request ID # of DPW000223054, when I go in the system to check on this request it is not showing up but I have the confirmation email on the original ticket.
