Description
Our neighbor has a pile of pine needles larger than my car that is blocking the lane. It has been there for months! She will not respond to written requests. We live on a jacked up cul-de-sac and its been a nightmare with delivery trucks and gas/oil trucks in the past month. Its not thst bad when the neighbors scriss from her are away in their cars but when they are home it becomes one lane with no other options.
