Description
I live off cherokee road and use this signal to turn left on to huguenot road routinely. Over the last week, we have waited much longer to turn left due to the signal failing to change in a timely manner. It’s slow enough to change that vehicles are turning right and making an illegal u-turn in the middle of huguenot road to bypass the slow signal, creating potentially hazardous driving conditions.
