Description
There is a gap of about 15’ in the chain-link fence where a vehicle drove through the fence onto the school / parks and rec basketball court at westover hills elementary/westover community center, alongside forest hill avenue. This is a public safety issue for the community center and the school. Evidence has shown that vehicles can drive ONTO the school playground even with a fence. This is a massive risk for school children who could wander into the 4-lane roadway.
