Description
Very large pin oak tree on public right of way (alley) has large detached tree limbs dangling over the alley and where people and cars travel and hanging over private back yard, Residents of 210 are afraid limbs will fall on them. This tree is in a public alley and has grown into private property but was never planted on private property. It has damaged a fence. The tree should be removed if City is not going to maintain it as it presents a recurring danger to anyone walking down the alley.
