Description

I moved into this house with two City-issued super cans. One was partially damaged but still functional. When I placed it at the curb, it was taken, and it was never replaced. I am requesting a replacement for the can that was removed, not the purchase of an additional can. I do not believe I should be charged for replacing a City can that was taken while still usable. Please advise on issuing a replacement without the $55 fee. Thank you, John Morgan
