Description

This is a health hazard and an issue attracting unwanted wildlife, rats, opossums and more. More bins are needed and Apartment company needs a sclhedule regular clean up weekly. I sent a message to GFL and a truck came Friday I think but today looks as bad if not worse.THANKS
