Description

The 700 block of roadway at West Fells Street that surrounds The Concord Northside apartments, the side of Napa Auto Parts and Sam's Tires is never maintained. This area is consistently littered with trash, overgrown trees, foliage, old tires, and more. This is an ongoing issue along this corridor and no consistent city/property owner maintenance.
