Description
For over a year now, the apartments at 616 Hull street have had overflowing trash cans on the sidewalk at the rear of the building in Decatur. The sidewalk cannot be used, residents can’t take their trash out, and parking is inhibited due to the excess trash and large amount of aggressive rats. The rats are really bad.
