Description
The end of the alley at Newport is washed out. Reported alley needed repair previously. Gravel continues to erode and create large pothole where the alley meets the road. This wash out hold a lot of water and is a breeding ground for mosquitos in the spring. This portion of the alley needs to be paved due to high traffic use on material that is being easily eroded.
