Description

Large city-owned tree located in the sidewalk right-of-way in front of 2004 Seminary Ave. Overgrown branches obstruct pedestrian clearance and reduce visibility. Tree roots have lifted and upended sections of the sidewalk, creating an uneven walking surface and a clear tripping hazard. This poses a public safety and ADA accessibility concern for pedestrians, including elderly individuals and people walking pets. Request inspection, pruning, and sidewalk repair as soon as possible.
