Description
A huge pile of scattered trash, clothing, household items dumped on the sidewalk and the road. Those trashcans are constantly misused by residents of 315, 317, 319, 321 W Clay Street. The trashcans permanently block sidewalk and the road. When the trashcans get full the residents dump items onto the sidewalk and the road.
