Description
A large amount of furniture, debris, clothing, and papers have been dumped in the alley behind 4302 Patterson Avenue. Items have been there for over a week, and are encroaching upon the alleyway. I have had to move items out of alleyway multiple times so I could get my car through. It is a safety hazard and public nuisance.
