Description
Follow-up request to DPW000223296, which was marked as completed but nothing was done. I just timed the LPI and it was 2.75 seconds, which below the city stated minimum of 3 seconds. This is enough time for a pedestrian to only put two feet in the intersection. This is not sufficient as a pedestrian was just killed at this intersection on Saturday. Please increase the LPI to a minimum of 7 seconds. Thank you.
