Description

Heading west in the right lane of Monument Ave. at Shenandoah Ave. there’s a large, deep, pothole that can cause tire or wheel damage. There’s a collection of hubcaps leaning against the large tree on the west corner where Shenandoah and Monument meet that attests to the problem.
