Description
Out front city side walk - right ankle injury Was coming down the front steps of 2010 Idlewood Ave - at the bottom turned left towards 2008 idlewood - stepped on the lifted concrete - ankle bent and twisted - swelling began along with bruising - Advised my manager M Walton and S Thompson, finished the annual inspections at Idlewood and went to the office. Swelling is continuing - will be getting it looked at.
